Home Hinges

My sisters and I have been having fun playing around with a blog. Ok it is all my sister's work and I get to post on it once a week. We are having fun doing new projects and blogging about them as well as getting the blog name out there. We have gotten a decent number of views, thanks to my sisters, and it has been a rewarding family project.

So check us out at homehinges.com or just click on the button at the top left of my blog. Leave comments too, we love comments, it's so rewarding!

More Videos!

As I promised a long time ago, here are some videos of Lanie and her goings on. In the first one James was just eating watermelon and spitting the seeds into the sink. For some reason Lanie found this hilarious. The second video is of Lanie crawling. It was the second day she had been crawling.

Moblie!

Oh boy, she is crawling and she realizes she is mobile! Fortunately Lanie is just too darn cute so this is a happy moment, not a sad one.

Pictures to follow.

Home Hinges

Hello world. I thought I would share a new blog with you. My sisters thought it would be fun to start a blog together chronicling the adventures of life, the universe, and everything...but more specifically our adventures with our homes and families. It's called Home Hinges and you can check it out here. Or you can remember it as homehinges.com .

I'm on a roll...just call me butter.

I'm on a roll with blogging. I haven't posted this many posts in this short of a time for a very, very long time. I guess that is what happens though when you have a cute little baby.

Here are some great pictures of Lanie in front of our growing garden. She is such a blast.

Disneyland

Last month we took a trip to Disneyland and to San Diego to visit James' family. It was so much fun. Here are a few pictures we took while we were there.

Lanie was so good in the car. She was a real trooper for the 10 hour drive.

The first night there she and Jessie got to bond.

Jenn of course spoiled her with Mickey Mouse hair clips

Jessie Sporting her Graduation Mickey Mouse cap.

Lanie felt so special when she got to be with the big boys Dalton and Connley.

Joy petting the Moose at the "It's a small world" ride. (I quite enjoyed the scenery before the ride).

Should Joy really be driving?

Lanie met Mickey Mouse and LOVED him. He had her smiling so big. I'm sad there isn't a better picture than this but we had to hurry to take the picture.

Joy was not so sure about meeting Mickey. "Don't worry Joy, he doesn't bite."

Sometimes we had to entertain Lanie. Here she is trying to get the camera.
(I just love that gummy smile)

All tuckered out. For the first two days she was so amazed by all the scenery and people that she didn't sleep. Finally by day 3 she was so wiped out that she took several long naps.

Finally, just some pictures to show off her not-so-new trick of sitting up.
